Competency Of Study Program

Able to plan technical drawings of buildings or plan the design of buildings to be applied to projects in the field with Building Information Modeling.
Able to be an expert in topographic mapping and surveying, marking on building projects. Moreover, by using conventional and the latest tools that are currently used.
Able to conduct supervision and implementation process on building projects.
Able to develop work methods, perform calculations of material needs, labor, work shifts, schedule, and report on project activities between plans and field implementation.
Able to check and control the implementation of the field, which is based on the plan and written in the document Plan of activities and requirements (RKS) and technical specifications.
Able to carry out construction project administration, in terms of preparing Documents, Tenders, bids, to contracts and reporting when the project takes place, and procurement of goods and services. Cost control and logistics.

Carrying out vocational education to produce graduates who are able to work professionally, adaptive, and able to develop against the demands of the development of construction work.

Conducting civil engineering research, especially in the field of Applied building in accordance with the needs of industry and society.
Developing cooperation with the community, construction companies and alumni associations for employment and development of programs that are aligned with the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.

Lulusan progam studi TKBG, dapat terserap di dunia usaha dan industri, di antaranya perusahaan konstruksi bangunan (kontraktor, konsultan, developer), perusahaan pertambangan, industri alat berat , BUMN, pegawai negri sipil/militer, dan wirausaha.
