Competency Of Study Program

Graduates of the production and Manufacturing Process Engineering Study program are skilled workers who are able to supervise the production planning and control unit and are skilled in manufacturing, who are able to operate and supervise and are able to perform manufacturing engineering in production processes, including: plastic injection, casting, metal forming, welding, assembling, painting, automation etc, considering the quality as well as occupational health and safety & environment.

Tentang Prodi

Program Studi ini membekali lulusannya dengan kemampuan bidang proses manufaktur pada unit perencanaan dan pengendalian dalam proses-proses produksi. Lulusan program studi Teknik Produksi dan Proses Manufaktur (TPM) merupakan tenaga terampil dalam bidang manufaktur yang mampu merencanakan, mengoperasikan, mengendalikan dan supervisi dalam proses manufaktur, agar proses produksi berjalan lancar sesuai dengan rencana dan menghasilkan produk sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan dengan tetap memperhatikan efisiensi & produktifitas, ketepatan pengiriman, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja & lingkungan, serta moral pekerja, yang dalam dunia manufaktur dikenal dengan kriteria QCDSM.

To be a leading study program in implementing and developing manufacturing technology that always adapts to the development of the manufacturing industry to improve the quality of human resources.

Mission

  1. Managing effective and efficient study programs in order to create a good academic atmosphere and support the development of the academic community 
  2. Organizing vocational higher education to produce competent (skilled and character) workers who are ready to play a role in industry, especially in manufacturing 
  3. Organizing applied research that provides beneficial to society / industry, especially in manufacturing. 
  4. Carrying out community service to improve the quality of life of the community in accordance with the competence of the study program.

General Information

Production Foreman

The head of the production unit who is able to organize, control, and coordinate the resources under his responsibility for the smooth production process and the achievement of production targets based on aspects of QCDSM (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Moral) in the area or production line to produce products in accordance with established QCD standards.

Junior Process Engineer

Junior engineer who is able to identify and create alternative problem solving with systematic steps to improve the quality and productivity of machinery, equipment, and production processes.

Quality Control Analyst

Quality field Staff who are able to carry out product measurement processes with appropriate tools and methods, analyze measurement data, and propose alternative follow-up / improvements to ensure product quality according to established standards

Lapangan Pekerjaan

Lulusan prodi TPM dapat bekerja di semua industri manufaktur pada umumnya, khususnya industri manufaktur otomotif, terutama di bagian produksi, rekayasa (engineering), maupun pengendalian kualitas (quality control).
